We ship across India through trusted courier partners (via Shiprocket). Standard shipping is ₹79, and shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
Not at the moment. We currently deliver only within India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered in about 5–7 working days, depending on your pin code.
Most of our pieces are 18K gold-plated or PVD-coated stainless steel, which resists tarnish and water. To keep the shine longer, avoid perfume and lotion on the jewellery and store it dry in its pouch.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across India – you pay when your order arrives.
Go to our Track Order page and enter your order number with the email or mobile number used at checkout. You will see every step – Ordered, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered – plus a live courier tracking link once your parcel ships. Logged-in customers can also track from My Account → Orders.
Right now we accept Cash on Delivery only. If you need another option, email us at info@avsjewellers.com.
Orders & Returns
Choose your piece, click Add to cart, then go to Checkout. Enter your delivery address and a 10-digit mobile number, select Cash on Delivery and click Place order. You will get an order confirmation with a tracking link.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@avsjewellers.com. We can change or cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see all your orders and track them from My Account.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video/photos, and we will arrange a replacement. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once used.
