Delivery area
We currently deliver across India only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: ₹79 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery normally takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote areas may take longer.
- Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Festival periods and courier delays may add a few days.
Courier partners and tracking
We ship through trusted courier partners via Shiprocket. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number by email/SMS. You can track it any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email or mobile number used at checkout.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes across India. Please keep the exact amount ready and check that the package is sealed before accepting it.
Failed delivery
If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-ship it (re-shipping charges may apply). For prepaid orders that cannot be re-shipped, we will refund the product amount minus shipping charges.
Damaged or tampered package
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
